Not guilty!

I was falsely accused of DWI last July simply for failure to burn headlamps at night….After passing the Breath Test and, in my opinion, the field tests, I was STILL arrested and charged….It was long and grueling but we won my case in front of a Jury. NOT GUILTY!!!…I would encourage anyone charged with DWI offense to call James Minick at Minick Law.

Aileen Pearlman

I was found not guilty!

James Minick was my attorney for an alleged DUI/DWI. He went above and beyond with regard to my case. He requested video tape and official documents from the officer and the state. Without this evidence I would have lost my case!…His thorough questioning of the current laws/education of the officer and mistaken recall of the officer, actually gave me a fair trial! I was found not guilty! Anyone who needs an attorney who will actually take the time to fight for his clients should hire him. I couldn’t have asked for a better attorney! Thank you James!!!

Sara Tinsley

very pleased with the outcome

Truly one of the nicest and knowledgeable staff around. I would highly recommend Mr. Gilligan’s services. He and his staff helped me feel informed and at ease through the process. I was very pleased with the outcome of my case.

Heather Alford

I knew then our legal system was still alive!

I was charged with a DWI in 2013….I would strongly recommend his services to anyone in need of legal representation due to charges made falsely against them. James Minick and his law firm are professionals. When I walked out of the court room in August 2014 with a NOT GUILTY verdict, I knew then our legal system was still alive!! I will never be able to thank him and his staff enough for what they have done for me and my family. Thank you Minick Law firm!!!
