James is a General Member of the National College for DUI Defense and regularly writes about, speaks on, and attends conferences related to DWI. Minick Law P.C. has offices in Asheville, Charlotte, Gastonia, Waynesville, and Wilmington. James and his beautiful wife Laura have seven children and live in Buncombe County.
