He’s been living in Asheville since 2009 and has worked with Minick Law for the past 5 years. Henry’s personal and professional life is devoted to the Hispanic community, and he focuses on providing top quality services. He is married to Megan, an Asheville native, and they are enjoying raising 2 young children together, Arabel and Luca.

Holly O'Brien

Holly went on to a career as a linguist, contracting specialist and project manager for the Department of Defense before traveling the world. The highlight of her time overseas was working as the Ambassador’s Self-Help Co-Ordinator in Asmara, Eritrea. Holly was drawn to settle in Asheville by the kindness of its citizens and is committed to easing the process of facing charges for our clients.

Stephanie Heller
Paralegal
Stephanie was born and raised in Asheville, NC. She graduated from South College in Asheville with honors, obtaining her AAS Paralegal Degree. Stephanie is a NC Certified Paralegal and on the Board of the Asheville Area Paralegal Association.

Jeremy was born and raised in Asheville, NC. He is the founder and owner of Enable, a web design and online marketing service that powers small businesses. Message him.

Mia Alzagari
Mia is originally from Palestine and has been a Gastonia native for most of her life. She recently graduated from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte with her BA in Criminal Justice as well as her post-baccalaureate Paralegal certificate.
